Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of learnandexcel.in and any digital products you purchase from us. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. They’re written in plain English deliberately — if anything is unclear, email hello@learnandexcel.in and we’ll explain.

1. About us

Learn and Excel is an Indian digital publisher operating learnandexcel.in. We sell digital products (PDFs, video courses, templates, worksheets) directly to consumers across India. All transactions happen in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay.

2. Our products

Each product page (a URL beginning with /p/) describes what’s included, who it’s for, what it costs today, and what its full price is. We do our best to be accurate, but minor variations are possible (e.g. the exact page count may differ by ±5%). If something materially differs from what was advertised, you can ask for a refund under section 6.

3. Buying a product

To buy, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older (or have a parent/guardian complete the purchase on your behalf).
• Provide a valid email address and Indian mobile number.
• Have the legal right to use the payment method you choose.

When you click any Buy button, we create a Razorpay order at the price shown on the product page. Once payment is confirmed by Razorpay, the order is final and the product is delivered. You will receive an email with the delivery and a tax invoice within minutes.

4. Delivery

All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped. After payment, an email with secure download links arrives at the email address you provided — typically within 60 seconds. The download links remain valid for the lifetime of the product (we may rotate the link format but you’ll always have access via the Re-deliver page).

If the email doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If still missing, visit /redeliver and enter the same email — we’ll re-send the links instantly.

5. Your licence to use the product

When you buy from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence. That means:

• You may use the product for your own personal/educational/professional use forever.
• You may print copies for your own use, your family’s use, and your immediate household.
• You may not resell, redistribute, upload to public file-sharing sites, or claim our work as your own.
• If you want to use a product across a team of 5+ people (e.g. a school, office, or coaching centre), please email us for a team licence at a fair price.

6. Refunds & cancellations

See our full Refund Policy for the details. In short: we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on every purchase. Email hello@learnandexcel.in with the word “refund” in the subject and we’ll process it within 5 business days.

7. What you may not do

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any illegal purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products (free or paid).
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the site (other than search-engine crawlers).
• Attempt to bypass our payment gateway, brute-force our APIs, or access another user’s data.
• Use our brand name or logos in a way that suggests endorsement of your own products.

We reserve the right to revoke access to any product (and refund the purchase) if these terms are violated.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including products, copy, illustrations, branding — is owned by Learn and Excel or licensed to us. Your purchase grants you the licence in section 5, nothing more. We respect others’ IP too — if you believe content on our site infringes your rights, email hello@learnandexcel.in with details and we’ll respond promptly.

9. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but we’re a small team and infrastructure occasionally fails. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If the site is down when you’re trying to buy, please try again later or email us — we won’t hold the launch price against you.

Once a product is delivered to your email, its availability does not depend on our site — the files are on your computer/phone.

10. Limitation of liability

Our products are educational/reference materials — they are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). Your use of any information is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved by email exchange in good faith. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator’s decision is final.

Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with consumer-protection authorities under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products or business change. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. If a change is material (e.g. affects your refund rights), we’ll email all customers with at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect.

Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
